  • Lead B2B Marketing and Communications, with a demonstrated 5+ years of experience in excellence in driving business growth and market presence. Out of the box thinker, AI literate and driven to help others succeed.

  • Project scheduling, resource allocation, logistics, risk management and field team deployment across all divisions.

  • RePL Certified, 2+ yrs experience delivering remote pilot services with knowledge and experience in maintaining various platforms and in the use of AVCRM systems for tracking.

  • Revenue growth through building relationships, industry events, marketing support, tenders, public & private client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.

    Self-driven hunter, experience in B2B across industries and able to work with and support others. An uncapped commission structure.

  • Internal platforms, client portals, AI analytics pipelines, R & D and integration with various internal and external systems.

  • Change detection acceleration, R & D, AI & Platform customisation.

DeepSky Terra - Land, Environmental & Conservation

These are permanent, part-time, casual, contract, and project-based roles critical to building the business.

  • CASA RePL and ChemCert accredited.

    Aerial & ground chemical application licence holder Qld and other state specific licences.

    Desirable:

    Recent experience 1+yrs and additional certification - DJI T50/T100

  • Wildlife surveys, vegetation assessments, habitat mapping, and ecological compliance using multispectral, thermal and hyperspectral data.

DeepSky Exterior - Maintenance Services

These are permanent, part-time & or casual roles.

  • CASA Certified RePL 25kg Multrotor

    Facade softwashing, solar panel cleaning, and high-rise exterior treatment using specialist drone platforms. Training provided.

  • Pressure & Softwash Experience 1+ yrs.

    Includes traditional application of services and in support of the Remote Pilot for aerial application.

DeepSky IQ Asset Intelligence

These are permanent, part-time, casual, contract, and project-based roles critical to building the business.

  • 3 + years CASA RePL holder. Infrastructure inspection, close-proximity operations, enterprise platforms. Field team leadership.

  • Enterprise/Inspection-class ROV operations for maritime assets and infrastructure inspections e.g. hulls, pile, pipeline, jetties and bathymetric mapping .

    Marine background advantageous.

  • GPS-denied indoor flight specialist. Tank, tunnel, vessel, and enclosed structure inspection.

  • QA across the division, including but not limited to data captured by various methods e.g. LiDAR point cloud processing, photogrammetric models. To ensure survey-grade deliverables and high-quality outputs to meet the client’s needs.

  • Vehicle-mounted LiDAR and camera systems for road network surveys. Point cloud processing and classification.

DeepSky Protect - Security & Public Safety

These are permanent, part-time, casual, contract, and project-based roles critical to building the business.

  • Monitor feeds from drones, CCTV & body-worn cameras, manage alerts, and coordinate responses with on-ground security & emergency services.

    Shift-based.

  • BVLOS Certified Remote Pilot - Autonomous and manual security-centric patrols & response activations. Thermal detection, spotlight & active tracking, security staff support for real-time situational awareness & coordination.

    Shift Based

  • Integrate Drone-in-a-Box with client security infrastructure: CCTV, access control, body-worn cameras, alarm systems & VMS or others.

Are positions paid?

Yes. All engagements are paid at competitive market rates. We offer a mix of full-time, part-time, casual, contract, and project-based arrangements depending on the role and workload to meet our clients’ needs.

Do I need a CASA licence to register?

Not for all roles. Pilots need a relevant RePL & endorsements, but we also need data analysts, software engineers, operations managers, spray technicians, maintenance operators, and many other roles that don't require aviation qualifications.

How quickly will I hear back?

Our headquarters are on the Gold Coast, Queensland, but we deploy nationally. We're particularly interested in operators across QLD, NSW, VIC, and WA, where our project pipeline is strongest.
