1. What do you need from us to quote?The asset type and location, access constraints or hours and the outputs you’re looking for. Ideally, plans, photos or a previous report would be helpful. The timeline you need the work completed by all helps us to generate a quote.2. Do you work outside South East Queensland?Yes. Although we are based on the Gold Coast we deploy across Australia. Interstate and remote work is mobilised from the closest resource we have available, including across Queensland, Tasmania, NSW and WA.Can we set up an ongoing program?Yes. We offer scheduled programs for single sites or portfolios, using the same method at each visit so you can compare conditions over time.3. Can you work outside trading hours or the public?Yes. We hold CASA approval for multiple advanced operations, including night operations, we plan our timing around your operations and site access needs.4. Can you respond to an RFQ or Tender?Yes. Please email the tender pack to Enquiries@deepskyiq.com, and we will confirm whether we can respond, if it’s the right fit and by when.Do you provide insurance certificates and safety documents?Yes. We provide certificates of currency and risk assessments for each job as standard, available upon request.Do you need us to shut down operations?Usually not. Most aerial, thermal and underwater work is done while your site keeps running. Confined space work needs the space isolated and made safe under your permit system.What will we receive?It depends on the service, agreed at scoping: condition reports and defect registers, imagery and radiometric thermal data, maps and terrain models, point clouds, digital twins with a browser viewer, volumetric reports and underwater ROV data. All in standard formats for your asset management, GIS and CAD systems.
